Building Surveyor - Newly established office with fast tracked progression!
A reputable national property consultancy is looking for a proactive Building Surveyor at mid to senior level to join their newly established, under new management office in Cambridge.
This role offers fast-tracked progression and the chance to take on meaningful responsibilities within an agile and supportive environment.
The successful Building Surveyor Role
The successful Building Surveyor will work on a diverse array of projects across sectors, including industrial, education, historic properties, and local authority.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct professional services such as dilapidations and building surveys Engage in project duties, including contract administration Collaborate with an experienced team while also taking ownership of individual client projectsThe ideal Building Surveyor
The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, driven individual with an adaptable approach to both independent and team-based work. This opportunity is perfect for a Building Surveyor who is eager to advance their career swiftly while gaining broad sector exposure.
Requirements:
MRICS qualification (preferred but not essential) RICS-accredited degree (essential) Property background advantageous Experience in a variety of surveying service linesIn Return:
