NPD Manager

New Product Development (NPD) and Compliance Manager

Currently recruiting for a NPD and Compliance Manager, for a newly created role due to business growth and investment, working for a successful Food Manufacturing business in the West Midlands.

You will manage multiple projects from concept to launch, leading the NPD and Technical Services teams.

Skills / Experience

• -Working within new product development for a food or drinks manufacture
• - Strong Technical knowledge of BRC, HACCP, Spec and Customers
• -Liaising with key stakeholders plus customers ideally UK retailers
• -Working in a fast paced environment able to prioritise workload
• -Creative and passionate mindset for new products and innovation

Role

• Salary - depending on experience
• Hours - 8am-5pm
• Days - Monday to Friday
