This full-time onsite role involves supporting a range of critical systems across departments such as Treasury, Middle Office, and Compliance. About the Role - Provide hands-on support for business-critical applications within Middle Office and Operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability of key systems. Participate in application onboarding and integration projects. Enhance software delivery processes and user experiences through automation and optimization. Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless application performance. Responsibilities Provide hands-on support for business-critical applications within Treasury, Middle Office, and Operations Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability of key systems Participate in application onboarding and integration projects Enhance software delivery processes and user experiences through automation and optimization Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless application performance Qualifications - A degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred Required Skills 2-5 years of experience in an application support role, ideally within financial services Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience with AWS is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Familiarity with automation tools for process improvements is desirable Preferred Skills Pay range and compensation package - Up to £130,000 base salary, plus a generous bonus package Equal Opportunity Statement - Include a statement on commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
