Every Project Counts Ltd is a principle building contractor specialising in the Education, Health and Social Housing Sectors We are seeking to recruit a carpenter with the below qualifications/ knowledge - NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry and Joinery - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Experience in carpentry and joinery work - Knowledge of fabrication and assembly techniques - Be confident in using your own initiative and problem solving The ideal candidate would be based near or around the South Essex or East and North London area. You must be self-motivated and organised, work under little supervision, individually, or as part of a team. You must have your own van and 110v tools and be willing to travel to various projects within East and North London and the surrounding areas. Job Duties: * Have good communication skills, showing professionalism when working with clients. * Maintain and manage materials required for tasks * Completing 1st fix carpentry * Completing 2nd fix carpentry * Installing fire doors, specifically FD30 and FD60 * Maintaining a good standard of onsite Health & Safety * Ensuring sites are kept tidy. * Reliability, professionalism and tidiness are essential Please do look on our website to see more of what we do.
