Humanities Teacher (Geography, History, Religious Studies)

£150 - £200 per day

Long term contract

We are looking for a Humanities Teacher to work with a Secondary school in the Bury area to provide exceptional lessons with students in KS3 and KS4.

Your role will include but not limited to:

* Providing engaging lessons in History, Geography, Religious Studies and Social Sciences

* Assessing work and providing feedback on student’s progress

* Managing a classroom efficiently

* Working with other members of staff to ensure the classroom is running smoothly

* Adapt lessons to suit the needs of individual learners

A successful Humanities Teacher will be;

* A qualified Teacher with QTS

* Confident in providing humanities lessons

* Able to create a supportive learning environment to enable students to excel and develop as learners

* A confident, flexible practitioner

* Open to learning new things

* Enthusiastic about working with children with a genuine desire to add value to the children’s lives
