About the role Title – Luxury Retail Security Officer Pay Rate – £12.70 P/h Location – London, W1T Shift Timings – Full time, must be able to work weekends and work day shifts. As a luxury retail security officer, you will be required to deliver exceptional customer service, including being well presented, confident on your ability to speak to both customers and staff, as well as meet and greet. You will also be required to report incidents, deter suspicious activities, and provide health and safety support for staff. What will you get in return? Meet and Greet Visitors Completing incident reports when necessary Investigating Disturbances, as well as monitoring the entry and exit points of the stores. Check for health and safety hazards Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices. Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations. To succeed in this role, you will need the following: SIA License. 5-year checkable work/career history. Experience in a similar role, would an advantage Physically fit to undertake given tasks. Possess the ability to work under pressure.
