What’s in It for You? * Salary of £35-40k, based on experience * Immediate start available * A supportive work culture focused on safety and teamwork * Opportunities for professional growth within a thriving company Key Responsibilities: * Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions to minimise downtime. * Preventative Maintenance: Implementing routine inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise. * Site Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment across all areas of the facility. * Planned Maintenance Schedules: Developing and executing structured maintenance plans for optimal equipment performance. * Repair and Breakdown Management: Coordinating necessary repairs, managing unexpected breakdowns, and liaising with external contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations. * Process Improvement: Continuously reviewing maintenance practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing best practices for enhanced efficiency.
