Job title: CNC Cell Lead
Location: Tewkesbury
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 DOE
Our client is a trusted precision components and engineering business working across various sectors from Aerospace and defence, oil and gas to automation. Looking for a competent engineer with a proven background using CNC Mill/Turn multi axis machinery.
The CNC Cell Leader will work as part of a wider engineering led team to produce quality precision engineered components to details specifications.
Responsibilities for the CNC Cell Lead
Manage the running of multi axis tools Successfully lead a team of CNC machinists Identify and implement training requirements Lead and assess team performance
Essential skills, knowledge and experience required for the CNC Cell Lead
Setting, operating and programming a variety of CNC mill/turn machining centres to produce fixtures and fittings Speeds and feeds for different raw materials;controls;programming;in depth tool knowledge FANUC/Mazatrol control language Mastercam programming Lean manufacturing and CI strategies CMM inspection and manual measuring capabilities
