Highlights Young, friendly company £53,400 OTE (£36,000 base salary £17,400 performance related bonuses) Generous holiday allowance Fully remote (UK based) We’re on the lookout for a talented Paid Advertising Specialist who’s ready to take the lead on Google PPC campaigns and Meta Ads whilst also being taking ownership of client relationships. The primary objective will typically be generating super high-quality leads and meetings for service-based companies. This hybrid role gives you the chance to manage paid campaigns while building strong client relationships. You’ll need at least 3 years of experience in Google Ads management , with top-notch organisational skills. Due to the nature of our small business, it is also required to have 1-2 years of experience in creating, delivering and reporting on high-performing Meta campaigns. About Tip-Top Media Co Ltd. What You'll Be Doing: Work closely with our Head of Delivery (and Co-Founder) and wider delivery team to implement and optimise multi-channel paid ad strategies across predominantly Google & Meta ads . Take responsibility for campaign management and managing team members to ensure we meet client KPIs and deliver high-ROI advertising. Create full campaign strategies from research through to funnel build-outs (we use GHL for our funnels). Manage client relationships, including regular reporting and strategy presentations. Collaborate with wider team to create compelling campaigns, creatives and content that converts. Dive deep into campaign analytics to understand performance and inform strategy adjustments. Stay up-to-date with the latest paid advertising trends and platform updates. Coordinate and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained. Contribute to the development of our agency's best practices and processes. Key Requirements Experience : 3 years managing end-to-end lead gen focused Google Ads campaigns (other PPC campaigns also desired). 1 years running end-to-end lead gen focused Meta campaigns. Client Management : Proven ability to build strong client relationships, act as their primary point of contact, handle onboarding/offboarding and be OBSESSED with their satisfaction. Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills, using performance data to continuously optimise campaigns for conversions and provide clear insights to clients. Organisational Skills : Able to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely communication and results. Creative Problem-Solver : Ability to proactively address client issues and adjust campaigns, offering new ideas to improve outcomes. Upselling & Strategy : Confident in recommending additional services or strategies to improve client results. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Google Analytics and other campaign management tools. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication, with a strong focus on customer service and expectation setting. Remote-Work Savvy : Comfortable with scope for a full-time, remote position, meeting deadlines, and maintaining routine.
