Deals Advisory - Manager Grade London based - Hybrid working Are you passionate about providing strategic advice on high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and capital transactions? Are you ready to step into a leadership role, driving key deals and supporting clients across industries? We’re looking for a talented and motivated Manager to join our Capital Deals Advisory team. Key Responsibilities: Lead transaction advisory projects : Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of M&A transactions, including financial due diligence, valuations, and strategic deal structuring. Client management : Act as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing tailored advice and insights on capital deals and growth strategies. Project delivery : Ensure the successful delivery of complex transactions, working closely with both internal teams and clients to meet critical deadlines. Team leadership : Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Market insights : Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and regulatory changes, translating these insights into actionable strategies for clients. Business development : Collaborate with leadership to identify new business opportunities, develop client proposals, and build long-lasting relationships. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience (5 years+) in M&A advisory, capital markets, corporate finance, or related fields. Expertise in financial due diligence, valuations, and transaction structuring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data. Excellent client management skills, with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships at senior levels. Experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) or equivalent is highly desirable.
