Compliance Analyst

Prestigious International Bank based in the West End of London, are looking to bring onboard a Compliance Analyst, for a 12 month fixed term contract. Ideal candidates must have solid experience around Regulatory Compliance. Highlighted below are some of the incumbent’s key responsibilities. Assist the Compliance team with day-to-day support to the London Business on all regulatory matters. Assisting in training the London branch on regulatory changes Assisting with regulatory reporting Assisting with Compliance Monitoring Other responsibilities will also include; Support the team with compliance monitoring reviews. Assist with the completion of regulatory reports, Assist with the internal processes relating to breaches and gifts and hospitality. Assist with customer complaints handling. Assist in collating information/MI for submissions to London committees, Head Office and the UK regulators etc. Provide administrative support, creating, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures. Assist with the preparation of training material and other presentations as required. Assist with financial crime related tasks including payments screening and requests for information (RFIs) as and when required. To be considered for this position, ideal candidates must have the following experience and skills; Regulatory Compliance/Financial Crime certificates or Diplomas are preferred. At least 3 years’ experience in a UK environment within the banking sector Comfortable with the FCA Handbook and with FCA principles and rules. Should be comfortable with communicating with different level stakeholders. Should be able work with minimal supervision. Action orientated. Passion for producing quality work. Analytical mind and methodological and a mechanical focus Volume focussed and ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
