Position: Platform Support for Supply Chain Finance
Type: Contract Role
Duration: 6-months
Location: London, 2 days per week on site required
Rate: £600.00 - £675.00 (umbrella)
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Application Support Engineer to join our team and support our innovative Supply Chain Finance application. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in implementing our Trade Finance application support model while providing day-to-day support to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
Incident Management: Offer daily support for Supply Chain Finance users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Monitoring: Oversee application performance and respond proactively to alerts.
Knowledge Sharing: Document incident investigation and resolution processes to enhance team knowledge.
Troubleshooting: Analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and support.
Support Model Implementation: Contribute to establishing the Trade Finance application support framework and best practices.
Reporting: Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and data extracts as requested.
Transformation: Assist in converting bespoke files into standardized formats for our platform.
Onboarding: Support the business in onboarding customers to our Supply Chain Finance platform.
Necessary Experience:
Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Finance.
Proven experience supporting Trade Finance applications.
Background in application support roles, particularly at an integrated service level.
Familiarity with incident management practices and tools.
Proficient in using ServiceNow for incident reporting and tracking.
Experience with Atlassian/JIRA and managing Kanban boards.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with both business and technical teams.
