Key Responsibilities:
Responding to all event requests
Identify and pursuing new business opportunities to drive event bookings.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving repeat business
Conducting walk throughs and customer briefings
Oversee the planning and execution of all events
Collaborating with clients to design event packages
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
The Successful Sales and Events Manager will:
Have previous hospitality experience asSales and Events Managerin busy, fast paced restaurants
Have the ability to deliver high standards consistently
Have great communication and organising skills
