Restaurant: 1 Michelin Star Restaurant
Salary: £45,000 per annum including tronc

The Role:
Lead the pastry section, delivering eye-catching and imaginative desserts.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to create dishes that align with the restaurants creative vision.
Ensure the highest standards of quality and presentation , maintaining the restaurant's Michelin-starred reputation .
Requirements:
Previous Michelin star experience is essential.
A genuine passion for pastry, with a creative approach and a meticulous eye for detail.
