Site Manager

One of our clients is seeking a Site Manager to supervise modular build project in Bedford. Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
• Managing the RAMS and health and safety on site
• Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
• Overseeing internal and externals works
• Manage the quality of completed works
• Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Liaise directly with end client, Project Manager and other Site Managers
• Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
• Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction site

Requirements:

• Have a CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID
• Minimum 5 years experience site management
• Ideally modular build project experience
• Has ideally worked for a Tier 1 contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficient in MS projects
