As an M365 Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a range of SME clients, enabling them to optimise their operations and embrace the full potential of Microsoft 365. Hybrid working environment with travel to customer sites when needed.    Key responsibilities: Engage with clients to assess their current environments and requirements. Design and implement M365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and security configurations. Provide expert guidance on best practices for M365 adoption and migration. Conduct workshops, user training, and technical support for clients. Stay up to date with Microsoft’s latest technologies and updates to ensure optimal solutions.    Technical experience required: Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 deployment and configuration, covering SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business. Expertise in Exchange Online administration, including hybrid configurations and migration from on-premise Exchange. Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AAD), including managing identities, groups, and roles. Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to enhance and automate business processes. M365 Security & Compliance: Expertise in configuring and managing security features such as Microsoft Defender, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, Multifactor Authentication (MFA), and Information Protection. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM). Experience with Teams Voice solutions, including configuration of Direct Routing and integration with third-party telephony systems. Familiarity with Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) for remote working and virtualisation. Migrations: Experience migrating users and data from legacy systems (e.g., on-premises or G-Suite) to Microsoft 365, including using tools such as ShareGate, Quest, or native Microsoft migration tools. Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) for authentication and SSO integration. Understanding of Endpoint Manager and Device Compliance Policies. Troubleshooting and optimising network connectivity to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal latency and maximum reliability.    If you feel you match the above apply with an up to date CV.
