Learning Support Assistant

Pay: starting from £95.29 umbrella (PAYE Option Available) Hours: 08:30-15:30 Type: Monday - Friday Role: Teaching Assistant Axcis Education are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in the Smethwick area . You'll be Supporting pupils who have a variety of complex needs, including Autism, physical disabilities, and multiple learning difficulties. This role plays a key part in fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where students can grow both academically and personally. Responsibilities : - Provide 1:1 or small group support - Work alongside teachers and support staff to implement tailored education plans (IEPs). - Assist in managing behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies. Requirements : - Experience working in a school or similar setting - Must have SEND experience - An enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one ( £45.21) If you’re passionate about supporting learners to achieve their ambitions this role could be for you
