We are looking for a Senior Sous Chef to join this iconic British establishment in the Heart of St. James in London

£48,000 + Performance Based Bonus ~Immediate Start Available~ An all day Brasserie, serving high end Mediterranean cuisine in an elegant restaurant setting in one of London's most iconic establishments. You will be leading a team along with the Head Chef to elevate the offering, and help put your stamp on the history of the restaurant.

Proven experience as a Senior Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end establishment Previous experience in
