Pre-Construction Project Manager East London £53K - £59K + Package Property Maintenance Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a leading Housing Association in the London area who are looking for a brand new Pre-Construction Project Manager to join their team covering Major Planned works within the London area. They are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Project Manager working within Property Services who has covered and overseen Major Planned works projects and contracts. You will be accountable for managing the delivery of projects in order to maximise returns and ensure high standards of health, safety, environmental, quality and customer satisfaction are met. Outline of Role: Prepare and ensure multiple data sources are turned into deliverable projects on site. Prepare designs, technical specifications, costed reviews of proposals Assessing deliverability of projects throughout all pre-construction stages. Covering refurbishment, planned investment, mechanical and electrical works and fire safety remediation. You will report to the Regional Pre-construction Manager and will work alongside other Pre-Construction Project Manager's within the team.Key Knowledge: Previous experience of working for a social housing contractor Able to demonstrate financial and commercial acumen, including risk management skills, including financial reporting and presenting to internal stakeholders.
