If so, then we would love to hear from you!  Support Worker Teddington £26,668 per annum (pro rata) including London top-up payment Full time (39) hours available Shift patterns: 7AM>14:30PM, 8AM>15:30PM, 14:30PM>10PM or sleep-in shift from 10pm>7AM. All shifts are subject to change. We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, communication difficulties, behaviours that are challenging and down syndrome. There are nine people we support at Langdon Park, housed in three adjoining properties. Langdon Park is well served by train and bus services.  No two days are the same, but your day might look like this!    Supporting our people to be engaged in all day to day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends.  Supporting the management of our people’s finances and correspondence. Accompanying the people we support to health appointments and taking notes. Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.  Providing, and encouraging, personal care.  And enjoying what you do!
