Humanities Teacher

We are currently recruiting for a Humanities Teacher to work in an inner city SEMH provision school in Central Leeds. This is a full-time Humanities placement and will be to start ASAP until the end of the academic year, in the first instance, with a potential to be made permanent. A successful Teacher will be able to deliver a range of Humanities subjects in both KS3 and KS4. Experience working with students with challenging behaviours would also be required for this role. This is a ’Good’ Ofsted rated Alternative provision, based in Central Leeds, where the principal, senior leaders and staff have created a school which is absolutely focused on achieving the best outcomes for pupils. Requirements: * QTS or relevant teaching qualification * Well qualified with an honours degree in relevant subject * 2 x references from educational establishments * A passion for success and quality teaching * An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or willing to obtain one Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
