We are seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to join our team and provide small group (maximum class size 3) swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and educating others in the art of swimming. *Responsibilities* - Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety skills - Develop lesson plans tailored to individual or group needs - Provide constructive feedback to students to help improve their swimming abilities - Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for all participants - Monitor and assess student progress throughout the lessons *Requirements* - Previous experience in sports coaching or swim instruction is desirable - Ability to effectively educate and communicate with students of varying ages - Strong swimming skills and knowledge of different strokes and techniques - Certification in lifeguarding or first aid is a plus - Excellent interpersonal skills and patience when working with learners of diverse abilities Job Type: Part-time Pay: £20.00-£22.00 per hour Expected hours: 6 per week Benefits: * Company pension * Employee discount * On-site parking Experience: * Swim teaching: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: Swimming instructor Derry
