Hire Desk Manager

Responsibilities: As the Hire Desk Manager, you will manage and oversee a team of 6 Hire Controllers and 7 drivers to ensure efficient daily operations. You will coordinate daily activities and schedules, ensuring the timely delivery and collection of equipment. You'll work closely with the Workshop Foreman to ensure the availability, maintenance, and readiness of powered access equipment Ensure excellent customer service and communication with clients regarding powered access hire, site access, and scheduling. Monitor and optimise the use of resources, including powered access, to maximise efficiency. The successful candidate will have: Experience as a Hire Desk Manager or a similar role in the Hire industry Benefits: Company pension Car Allowance Bonus
