General Manager £35,000 - £50,000 DOE Monday – Friday – 9.00 – 5.00pm Office Based Birmingham My client is looking for a General Manager to join a highly reputable law firm with multiple offices who provide professional and tailored legal services to a diverse range of clients seeking advice and representation. The General Manager role is a crucial part of the business, responsible for overseeing day-to-day office management. My client is seeking an exceptionally organised individual who can efficiently manage operations and ensure the smooth running of the office. Duties include: Oversee general office management tasks, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. Assist managers with audits, including data collection and reporting. Coordinate and resolve IT-related issues to maintain seamless workflow. Update and communicate with regulatory bodies as required Coordinate communications and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion. Oversee the daily operations of the office, including scheduling, meetings, and general administration. Ensure compliance with company policies The successful candidate must have/be: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
