About the role:
Are you a passionate educator with a flair for teaching Key Stage 1? We are seeking a dynamic KS1 Teacher to join our warm and welcoming team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds and contribute to their growth during these pivotal years. You will be instrumental in shaping our curriculum to meet the needs of all learners while ensuring a fun and engaging classroom environment. Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students and staff.
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
• A passion for nurturing young learners and encouraging their curiosity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and safe classroom environment where children can thrive.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and achievements.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and development opportunities to enhance your skills.
