A leading specialist lender renowned for their expertise in bridging finance currently requires a Business Development Manager/ Sales Executive to join its highly successful and vibrant team. Business Development Representative / Sales Executive Business Development Representative / Sales Executive Job Description * Responsible for driving the company’s growth through lead generation, outreach activities and accurate data management. * This means engaging with potential customers, maintaining up to date data bases and supporting the sales team to convert prospects into customers. * The role requires a highly motivated, proactive, and confident individual who can identify prospective customer needs to bring in new business and exceed the lending book. Business Development Representative / Sales Executive Role responsibilities * Actively research and identify new leads and qualify potential customers to ensure prospect pipelines are continually worked increasing sales opportunities and business growth. * Regularly update and maintain customer data to ensure sales and marketing efforts are targeted effectively. * Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, services, and the business to better communicate value to potential customers. * Reach out to leads generated from marketing campaigns to maximise the return on marketing investments and turn campaign generated leads into sales opportunities. * Re-Engage with dormant contacts to uncover potential needs and create new conversion opportunities expanding the sales pipeline. * Maintain regular communication with prospective customers to ensure leads are nurtured increasing the likelihood of conversion. * Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team ensuring high potential leads convert, driving pipeline growth. * Identify prospects with a strong fit for our product offerings ensuring the proactive creation of conversion chances. * Accurately record customer interactions, lead information and sales activities into the CRM system to ensure accurate sales tracking and reporting. * Maintain established service level agreements to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain businesses reputation
