This role offers a unique opportunity to work in picturesque locations, engaging with holiday park directors, landowners, and resellers. If you enjoy a mix of account management and new business development, plus entertaining clients on the golf course, over coffee or dinner on an evening this could be the perfect fit for you.

Position: Area Sales Manager
Location: The North of England (Remote)
Salary: Up to 45,000 - 47,000 (based on experience)
Bonus: Average of 30,000 Per Year
Benefits: Fully expensed company car, covered travel expenses including overnight stays and client entertainment

About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing sales into holiday parks and dealerships while also targeting new parks and dealerships. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, booking appointments, and nurturing relationships. The job requires regular travel across the North of England, including the Lake District, the Dales, the Peaks, Northumberland, the Yorkshire Moors, both coasts, and everything in between with overnight stays necessary 3 nights a week. These stays are not just about covering the area but also about taking customers out for drinks and dinner. This is a social industry, and spending time with customers is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the holiday park and dealership sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with key stakeholders to present products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the role, including travel arrangements, expenses, and meeting preparations.

About You:

  • Proven experience in Area Sales and Account Management in any Sector.
  • Strong account management skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight 3 nights a week to engage with clients.
  • A valid driving licence is essential.
