Machine Operator (Fri - Sun)

• Role - Machine Operative - LMC Team Member (Weekend)
• Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH, United Kingdom
• Rate: 14.49 per hour (paid breaks)
• Shift: Friday to Sunday: 06:00 to 18:00, 36 Hours per Week
• Contract Length: Temp to Perm
• Site Tour: 24th October,2024 at 10.00 am

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
• Maintain consistent quality standards.
• Perform maintenance and cleaning tasks as per schedule.
• Support improvement initiatives as needed.

Essential requirements:

• Safety-focused with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Team player, quality-conscious, and adaptable to multi-skilled working.

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in production or machine operation.
