We offer a flexible hybrid working model. While our teams primarily operate remotely, we come together in person once or twice a week, with full company gatherings at least once a month to maintain strong collaboration and team spirit.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at driving traffic, boosting conversion rates, and maximising ROI. You will oversee The Influence Room’s owned and earned channels, while also leading the execution of email and CRM campaigns to ensure effective customer engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, including digital, content, and traditional marketing.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns, positioning the company effectively in the market.
Campaign Management: Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, SEO, PPC, influencer partnerships, etc.), measuring effectiveness and adjusting tactics as needed.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyse performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders for data-driven decisions.
Partnerships & Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy that drives lead generation and business growth.
Content Development: Oversee content creation for various marketing channels, ensuring high-quality, engaging materials that speak to the target audience.
Digital Marketing Optimisation: Ensure digital channels are optimized for user experience, SEO, and conversion rates. Track and report on performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate marketing results and future strategies to senior management and key stakeholders as well as managing external relationships.
The Person
To thrive in this role you must meet most of the following criteria:
Ideally educated in a relevant field or with 3+ years of demonstrable experience.
Proven success in a Growth Marketing role, with a data-driven, test-and-learn approach to optimising strategies across multiple channels.
Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
Results-driven, analytical, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
Experience with WordPress execution is preferred.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
A genuine passion for marketing, advertising, and driving growth.
