Job Summary: We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Interim People Partner to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The Interim People Partner will be responsible for providing operational and project support during a period of maternity leave.

Your Responsibilities:

  • People Operations - day-to-day delivery, advice and support for managers and employees regarding key people policies, processes and our culture.
  • Talent Acquisition - work with managers to attract, select and secure the best diverse talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Performance Management - support our managers in getting the best out of their people, through clear objectives, regular feedback and support for development.
  • Talent Development - support the development of staff through developing and managing delivery of a range of career development opportunities including training, coaching and other activities.
  • People Systems - ensure meaningful reporting, accurate systems and effective management of employee data.
  • Project Management - plan and deliver projects to improve effectiveness of our people management policies, processes and culture.
  • Early Careers - own and manage our early careers programme, from graduate recruitment through to their career development.
  • Culture - support activities that promote a progressive, vibrant culture that celebrates equity, diversity and inclusion.
  • Global Mobility - manage global assignments and visa processes.

Your Experience:

  • People Partner Experience - demonstrated capability of delivery, influence and successful outcomes in a fast-paced company, typically associated with c. 5+ years of experience in the role.
  • Systems - experience of working effectively with HR and performance management systems (esp. BambooHR or 15Five).
  • Organisational Size - experience in similar-sized scaling businesses or the ability to adapt your approach accordingly.
  • Sector - experience within Consulting, Professional Services or Engineering sectors or a similar environment to these, would be very useful although not essential.
