Excellent Opportunity with luxury Hotel & Restaurant in Uppingham area
Sous Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Uppingham area for a Sous Chef to work in their busy Hotel Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the recentley appointed Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations. The Head Chef is looking for a strong no2 who can lead the brigade in his absence. Salary & Benefits Salary to £32000 Uniform, Meals 28 days holiday Career Development The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and weddings/celebrations Strong Management skills
The Person You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Junior Sous wanting to move up Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working in a busy AA rosette standard Kitchens Positive Personality and pro active work skills
