Our client, a growing force in Staff Augmentation, is looking to recruit a Sales Director who is responsible for driving sales growth in the Central Government, ERP, and MSP (Sales) verticals. This role involves creating and executing strategic sales plans, developing relationships with government entities, large-scale ERP clients, and MSPs, and leading efforts to expand market share in these sectors. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating complex sales cycles, understanding governmental procurement processes, and delivering tailored solutions in staff augmentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target Central Government, ERP, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) verticals, focusing on staff augmentation solutions. Drive business growth through new client acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients in target markets via SOW's, Project based Solutions and Staff Augmentation solutions. Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, create account strategies, and execute on high-value deals to achieve revenue targets. Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the public sector and related markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level executives, IT directors, procurement officers, and key stakeholders in target sectors. Provide thought leadership and consultative services to clients, positioning the company as a trusted advisor for staff augmentation needs. Lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures to ensure alignment with client objectives and satisfaction. Engage in networking, conferences, and public sector events to promote the company’s offerings. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: 8 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on staff augmentation, IT services, or consulting within the Central Government, ERP, or MSP verticals. Sales Achievements: A strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving growth in similar verticals through selling SOW's, Project based solutions and Staff Augmentation Solutions. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Leadership: Proven ability to lead sales efforts, coach team members, and drive a sales strategy that delivers results. This is a hybrid based position, with the expectation of working on-site in their Surrey based office 3 days per week.
