Sales Administrator * Accounts adminitsration tasks * Newbury * Permanent role * £23,400 to £25,000 dependant on experience Our client is based in Newbury and they have a well established and successful business with a loyal customer base. They are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join a team as a Sales Administrator. As a key member of this sales support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and daily banking. The role involves: * Converting orders and rasing invoices * Checking daily invoicing * Sales Administration * Opening new accounts * Sending credit control letters * Allocating payments to customer accounts Working Hours – 8:45 am – 5 pm Monday to Thursday 9:00 am – 4 pm Fridays The right Candidate will be: * A very competent administrator, with an eye for detail and passion for accuracy. * A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing. * Able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation. * Computer literate, with the ability to analyse and manipulate sales and stock information. * A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Very organised and able to operate autonomously.
