Kenton Black - The Rewards Great starting salary and uncapped commission City Centre Parking 21 days holiday rising to 25 Fantastic training Awesome company culture – fun and rewarding Loads of incentives Trips away Kenton Black - Realistic earnings OTE earnings in year 1 - £25,000 - £30,000 (this is realistic) OTE earnings in year 2 - £35,000 - £50,000 (this is realistic) OTE earnings in year 3 - £45,000 - £70,000 (this is realistic) OTE earnings in year 6 - £70,000 - £100,000 (this is realistic) Commission is completely uncapped, and some earn more than the above guidelines.
