Kenton Black - Realistic earnings
OTE earnings in year 1 - £25,000 - £30,000 (this is realistic)
OTE earnings in year 2 - £35,000 - £50,000 (this is realistic)
OTE earnings in year 3 - £45,000 - £70,000 (this is realistic)
OTE earnings in year 6 - £70,000 - £100,000 (this is realistic)
Commission is completely uncapped, and some earn more than the above guidelines.
Individual and team incentives always running. Days off, early finishes, trips away to name a few.

We offer all new team members a place onto our in-house training program and daily mentoring by one of our successful recruitment team, both methods designed to maximise your success within the business, this proven system will include:
Market sector-based training
Sales training
Desk based practical training
Classroom based theory
Mentor led coaching
A build-up of targets (taking 6 months)
Coaching / Training on how to undertake business development, how to run a meeting, how to sell to a client, how to be consultative, maximisation of revenue, etc
