Roofer

Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within. Our Board of Directors mostly started on the tools themselves so have a ‘hands-on’ understanding of the work we do.

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Roofer who has previously worked in social housing.

The role is to work across High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough.

Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Roofer:

The role is to –

* Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance works – social housing

* Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

* Liaise with Client(s) and carry out inspections

Requirements for Job:

* Full UK driving licence – not EU licence

* Experience of working in social housing is an advantage

* DBS certificate

This is a permanent full-time position which requires you to travel in and around High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough.

Hours of work are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required
