Location: Brentford-London

Company: Leading Residential Company

We are a well-established residential company with a strong presence across London, currently seeking an experienced Externals Site Manager to join our team in Brantford.

Duration: 14-20 days (cover)

Salary: £220-£250/day

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all external works such as scaffold strike facade snagging the snagging of roof and balconieson
• Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors involved in external works and including facades.
• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Liaise with the project manager and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of external works with the overall construction programme.
• Manage site logistics, including deliveries, storage, and distribution of materials for external works.
• Resolve any on-site issues related to external works promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
• Ensure all external works are completed within budget and to the highest standard.
• Co-ordinate between site installation, manufacturing (in the factory) and designers.
• Co-ordinate cladding manufacturing at the factory (between balcony and window contractor)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Externals Site Manager or similar role in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of external works, including facades, roofing, and landscaping.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.
• Experience in managing multi-phased projects is highly desirable.
