The Back Office Members department is vital to the continued success of the Business operations, having responsibility for developing and supporting a number of critical tools. This is a full stack team where the core skills are .Net and Golang, with a range of Windows and Linux operating system. We hire people with a broad set of technical, organisational and people skills who have a passion for software development and are ready to tackle some of technology’s greatest challenges. This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy. Ability to manage and react quickly in a pressured environment, whilst remaining calm. Passionate about the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and associated technology. Understanding of SQL. Owning the application and database release processes, including versioning and release tickets. Improving process and release activities to ensure that the activity of planning and releasing software improves over time.
