Job Summary:
The ideal candidate is an ambitious and enthusiastic consultant responsible for delivering Microsoft Business Applications solutions to both current and prospective clients. They will work closely with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, oversee, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on how Microsoft Dynamics fits their environment, infrastructure, functional needs, and compliance requirements
Lead the architecture and technical design for Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, Marketing solutions, Power Platform, and Field Services
Collaborate with BAs, SMEs, end-users, and functional leads to ensure the architecture meets project needs, including integration with third-party systems
Provide guidance to Dynamics functional and technical teams on project design
Assist the Delivery Lead in planning and executing solution implementations
Qualifications and Skills:
Extensive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) as a Technical Consultant or Architect, with a track record of successful implementations in complex customer service engagements
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, with experience in multiple versions (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365)
Ability to collaborate with BAs, SMEs, and Dynamics 365 Functional Leads to design solutions aligned with client needs, including integration with third-party systems
Experience guiding Dynamics Developers and SMEs
Skilled in creating both high-level solution architecture and detailed technical design documentation
Expertise in data integration and migration, with experience in onsite/offshore delivery models and frameworks such as MVC and Entity Framework
Strong client-facing communication skills and experience with pre-sales demonstrations
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or later, with experience in SSRS and FetchXML custom reporting
Expertise in .NET Framework 4.5+ and WCF/Web API
Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL)
Proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, and Portal
Familiarity with Customer Insights
Education and Certifications:
Degree or equivalent experience
TOGAF certification (preferred)
Agile methodology certification
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales - MB-210)
