Our client, based inSheffield, require a repairs assistant for £13.68 per hour PAYE premium (£12.21basic) or £16.05 per hour Umbrella.
This is an ongoingoffice based temporary placement, ASAP start.
Your new role
You will work onvarious projects dealing with issues/complaints from residents working inthe repairs office.
You will be requiredto log calls from clients and tenants, making inward and outward calls asrequired.
Answering the phone,dealing with repairs issues and engagement with maintenance team aroundappropriate responses
This role is due tobegin immediately with 37 hours a week. Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experienceworking in a social housing/maintenance/scheduling environment
Good customer service& admin skills
