Tailored Recruitment Consultancy are currently recruiting for Flt Drivers - Counter Balance for an afternoon and night shift

Counter Balance driver afternoons 1pm-10pm

Counterbalance nights 10pm-8am

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring all deliveries match purchase orders.
• Safely unload goods using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of all goods received and ensure proper labelling and storage.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
• Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar warehouse or goods-in goods out role is preferred.
• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving goods as required.
