Email Marketing Specialist

About the company I am working with a leading company in the automotive manufacturing sector, who specialise in providing a tailored customer service experience globally. They have an extensive market presence, generating over £500 million revenue annually. The position is for an Email Marketing Specialist, to design and develop multi-channel communications for the UK Business stream. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop dynamic content and campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools Create new journeys using Journey Builder and sync data between Salesforce core clouds and marketing cloud. Collaborate with wider departments to understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions. Requirements: Experience using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Journey Builder. (Interaction Studio is a bonus) Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer segmentation. Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to stakeholders of all levels Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g. Email Specialist, Consultant) are beneficial.
