Job Title: ESG Consultant Location: Chelsea, London (5 days per week in the office) Salary: £45,000-£55,000, subject to experience, plus discretionary bonus About ITI Infrastructure Technical International (ITI) is a global leader in ESG services for the maritime sector, with headquarters between London and Singapore. ITI supports clients throughout their ESG journey, from researching ESG issues and developing strategies to advising on regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality ESG reports. ITI is a sister company of MTI, which provides reputation risk mitigation services for material ESG incidents. About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced ESG Consultant to lead and manage a portfolio of diverse, global clients. This role is client-facing, requiring you to drive ESG initiatives and support clients across a range of sustainability areas, including strategies for net-zero targets, compliance with global ESG regulations, and other sustainability priorities. You will work closely with clients of varying ESG maturity levels, providing tailored, impactful solutions to meet their unique needs and goals. We are a boutique consultancy, making a significant impact in the marketplace. Our team is small, but dynamic and is relied on as a trusted partner. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership : Oversee and lead ESG projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong client relationships. Client Management : Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, supporting their ESG and sustainability goals, navigating regulatory compliance, and aligning with global frameworks. Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategies for net-zero goals and other sustainability objectives, considering the latest ESG best practices and regulatory standards. Research & Benchmarking : Conduct detailed research and benchmarking to support client ESG initiatives, offering insights that shape strategic decisions. Report Writing : Prepare high-quality, comprehensive ESG reports that effectively communicate clients' sustainability performance, aligning with global standards and tailored to stakeholder needs. Presenting & Pitching : Present ESG findings, strategies, and recommendations to senior management and board-level stakeholders, tailoring messaging to meet specific client needs and priorities. Qualifications & Requirements Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing consulting role with proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships. ESG Knowledge : Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as SASB, GRI, TCFD, CSRD, and ISSB is a strong advantage. Industry Insight : Experience working with heavy industries such as shipping, oil & gas, or manufacturing is a bonus. Communication Skills : High standard of written and verbal English, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively. Location : Based in Chelsea, West London, with a commitment to work from the office 5 days a week.
