Quantity Surveyor

My client are a prestigious, award-winning UK property and construction group with an excellent reputation for delivering significant, high-quality projects across the country. Schemes include luxury mixed-use developments and major residential / student accommodation projects. They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a pre-cast concrete frame project consisting of apartments and housing. Duties and responsibilities to include: Measure and estimate accurately and efficiently Responsible for the production of tenders, budget estimates and cost plans.
