ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for passionate and motivated Qualified Nursery Practitioners, with a minimum Level 3 qualification and knowledge of the EYFS to join our successful team, working in Childcare settings throughout Kenilworth. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. This position requires a nurturing individual who is committed to fostering a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for young learners.
Duties
Plan and implement engaging activities that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development. Create a welcoming atmosphere for children and their families, ensuring effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards. Work collaboratively with other staff members to support the overall objectives of the nursery. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early years education. Qualifications
A recognised qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of child development principles and early years curriculum frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and parents. Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required. A current DBS check will be required prior to employment.
