Field Service Engineer – Audio Visual (AV) Location: UK-wide (based from London) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Overtime | Van | TOIL | Credit Card Benefits: 25 days annual leave bank holidays | Pension | Tools | Ongoing Training Schedule: – Monday – Friday Seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a global leader in live productions, systems integration, and virtual technology. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll troubleshoot and maintain cutting-edge audiovisual equipment for major venues and live event spaces across the UK. What you’ll be doing: Diagnosing and repairing professional AV systems on-site. Performing scheduled maintenance to keep equipment in top condition. Providing technical support to clients both on-site and remotely. Working on the installation of new systems and modifications. Collaborating with clients to offer tailored AV solutions. Keeping detailed records of work and generating reports for clients. Offering mentorship and leadership to junior team members. What we’re looking for: Strong knowledge of professional AV, networking, and conferencing systems. Experience with Q-Sys , Dante , Crestron/Logitech Conferencing systems , Zoom , DMX , or PAVA systems . Ability to read site and circuit schematics. Excellent customer-facing skills with experience working in dynamic, on-site environments. Flexibility to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays. What’s in it for you?
