Our client, an industry leader celebrated for its innovative approach and dedication to customer satisfaction, is seeking an experienced Portfolio IT Manager . You’ll be responsible for managing and delivering IT projects across a variety of new developments and refurbishments, ensuring technology solutions are seamlessly integrated and consistently of high quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of technology projects for new developments and refurbishments, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with development and investment teams to provide accurate quotes and estimates, while offering continuous support for ongoing portfolio activities.
Service Operations: Ensure day-to-day technology operations across multiple sites run smoothly, maintaining high service levels through strong coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
Supplier Management: Hold suppliers and partners accountable for delivering on-time, within-budget technology services to all sites.
Budget Oversight: Manage the financial aspects of digital and technology initiatives related to portfolio projects, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Customer Onboarding: Support leasing and flex teams in pre-sales, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring customers experience seamless technology integration.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams, positioning our client as their go-to technology partner.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with teams to develop clear, compelling marketing materials that communicate technology offerings to customers.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Experience team to ensure customer technology needs are met and high-quality service is delivered.
