Practice Pharmacist

Background –   Menlo Park are working with a GP practice looking to add a Prescribing Pharmacist with experience in Primary Care to their growing team for 30 hours per week. Primary Care experience, completion of the CPPE pathway and being an Independent Prescriber is essential for the role.
