As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will oversee a team responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting proprietary applications, both on customer premises and within private cloud environments. With a blend of proactive project work and reactive support, your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of services for clients. Manage technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer needs. Oversee installation and configuration of software on Windows, Linux, and cloud platforms. Develop and refine best practices for installation and support services. Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience guiding teams through complex technical projects. Technical proficiency in managing Windows servers, Linux environments, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
