TWX, on behalf of our client, are seeking an experienced Property Manager. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
The Role:
As Branch Manager/Senior Negotiator, you will lead the Stirling office, driving sales and ensuring the highest standard of client service. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily branch operations, managing a team, and negotiating property deals.

Managing a portfolio of residential properties • External appointments – inspections and viewings
Arranging repairs and maintenance – liaising with contractors and updating tenants/landlords
Tenant checks and referencing
Overseeing move in and move out process, resolution of any deposit disputes
All connected office work – call handling and general admin Ideally candidates should have previous experience in residential lettings, however, applicants from other customer service backgrounds will be considered. Solid IT/admin skills are required, previous working knowledge of SME or another Letting software package would be an advantage but not essential. Driving licence/own car necessary with mileage and parking paid.
