SIXTEEN is retained to deliver a culturally aware, marketing manager / senior marketing manager for a global studio, who operate at the intersection of fashion, beauty, music culture. Principally the role is one to set up to continue to drive this studios positioning; ensuring their communications, activations, features & content continue to shine a spotlight on their work, grow their market share and drive studio talent awareness. Our client is looking for a senior marketing manager, who can drive a range of marketing initiatives across their international footprint. As a result, they need someone au fait with the Film / Advertising / Creative Sectors. Working in conjunction with their highly talented MD on a pre-existing global marketing strategy. You will work with to further define and iterate said strategy, working closely with heads of departments to ensure marketing initiatives remain relevant and in keeping with the studios evolving vision and goals. Acting as a custodian of this studio across every touchpoint. You will drive the marketing calendar in its entirety, thinking specifically about activities such as activations, key industry events and editorial features; to name a few. Sitting in this team will be a junior marketing manager, already embedded into the team. Key elements to the role: Oversee studios identity across all touchpoints. Collaborate with founder MD to ensure visual direction reflects positioning. Support MD with marketing strategy, planned Reactive content, whilst spotting further engagement opportunity. Coordinate and drive a global local approach. Think about use of industry events to drive awareness and hone in on community building. This studio has sites in the UK, NYC & Europe. Support New Business Sales ensuring portfolios are up to date, relevant and tailored for outreach and sales strategy. Advising on best practices for tactical outreach. Oversee overall international budget. You will ideally have: 5 years in a similar role within the fashion, film and advertising space. Be excited working opposite a commercially astute and strategic leadership team. Be creative and understand how to leverage your expertise to continue to put this studio at the forefront of their space. This role may suit somebody who is looking a 3 to 4 days per week.
